Three high-fidelity simulation scenarios are described: (a) teaching critical incident disclosure, (b) disclosing and discussing patient awareness during general anesthesia, and (c) would physicians override a do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order if the cause of a cardiac arrest is iatrogenic?
